I. REFUND POLICY

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is not a custom-made or custom-ordered item.
  • The product does not have:
    • Signs of wear and tear.
    • Missing parts or labels.
    • Excessive use indicating the end of its usable life.

Items that fail to meet these requirements are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

If your item meets the above criteria:

  1. Email us at support@limniestee.com to begin the refund process.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return label.
  3. Prepare your return:
    • Include a printed copy of your purchase confirmation email and return label.
    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

3. Refund Processing

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

II. RETURN POLICY

You may return items within 30 days of receiving them, subject to the conditions below.

  • Products that will not be accepted:

    • Products with missing or damaged labels.
    • Items with excessive signs of wear.
    • Custom-made or personalized products (these may only be exchanged if defective).

  2. Once approved, include your purchase confirmation email and return label with the package.

3. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If this applies to your case, please contact us at support@limniestee.com before sending the product back.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original shipping, handling, and any applicable fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
