If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on our platform, please follow the steps below to submit a formal DMCA notice.


Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), it is our policy to:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to content alleged to infringe upon the rights of a third party upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.
  • Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

To file a DMCA takedown notice, your written communication must include the following:

  1. Identification of the work you believe is being infringed (e.g., copyright or trademark registration number, description, etc.).
  2. Specific identification of the allegedly infringing content, including:
    • Description of the infringing material and how it violates your rights.
    • The exact URL(s) or location on Limniestee.com where the material appears.
  3. Your full contact details – name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  4. A good faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may file a counter-notice. It must include:

  1. A clear identification of the content that was removed and its original location on our site.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error or misidentified.
  3. Your full contact information.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court for your district (or the district where Limniestee is located, if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant initiates legal action.


Important Notice

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes false claims of infringement or misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages, including legal fees.
