Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may file a counter-notice. It must include:
- A clear identification of the content that was removed and its original location on our site.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error or misidentified.
- Your full contact information.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court for your district (or the district where Limniestee is located, if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
Important Notice
