1. What’s the return address?
Before returning any items, please contact us at support@limniestee.com. Our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions.
2. Will my items be shipped in one package?
Not always. For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately—even if you selected combined shipping. Please don’t worry if you receive packages at different times.
3. Which size should I choose?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please review it carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order.
To request a change or cancellation, contact us at support@limniestee.com as soon as possible. If you’re unable to access the website, just send an email directly with your order number and details.
5. Can I add more products to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an order once it has been placed. You have two options:
- Place a new order for the additional items.
- Cancel your existing order (if within 24 hours) and place a new one with all desired products.

6. I need to change my shipping address, but my order has shipped. What can I do?
If your order was placed recently, contact us immediately at support@limniestee.com to request an address update.
However, if your order has already shipped, we cannot make any changes. If your package is being delivered by USPS, visit their website to explore mail forwarding or redelivery options.
7. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Was my order placed?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email:
- Check your Spam, Promotions, Updates, or Social folders.
- Search your inbox for support@limniestee.com.
To ensure you receive future emails, please add us to your contacts or whitelist our email address.
8. What countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 200 countries, including:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, and many more.
9. How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. You can track your shipment using the tracking link we send via email.
Please note:
It may take 7–10 business days for tracking info to appear, especially if the package is still being processed through postal facilities.
